recd intimation u/s 143(1) for AY 2017-18, showing a demand of Rs, 4320/- paid immediately.
now we found out that some TDS remittances not correctly taken by dept. there is mismatch in TDS as per above intimation and 26AS.
what is option to get refund of extra amt paid as per intimation . rectification or file revised return
