Income tax refund
A person filed his Income Tax return for the A.Y 2013-14 manually for which refund of Rs.4000 was issued through cheque . The Cheque was returned due to address not found. Now, can I raise refund reissue request online for the same.

If you have CPC reference no. of communication of refund, then only you are able to file request online. In your case, it would not be available, so go for manual request with your ITO.
