Try to request for 143(1) intimation.After receiving the notice apply for refund reissue.Then it will ask ----CPC COMMUNICATION NUMBER AND REFUND SEQUENCE NUMBER.After that do u want change the bank account details option will come-----click that and give correct details you will get refund cheque in 15days.

If you want refund directly to bank account in this case you need to file rectification request online after giving correct bank account details.
