Don't worry u can make new request for re-issue of refund by login in site incometaxinfiaefiling.gov.in further the existing misplaced refund will be valid only for 3 months and cannot be deposited in any account other than mentioned in it.
thank you naveesh ji par re-issue ki request ke liye CPC communication no and refund sequence no chahiye jo dono mere pass nahi hai. so re-issue ki request nahi bhej sakta
Refund sequence no. is also mentioned in asstt u/s 143 (1) copy if you don't have the copy of same , may be generated by request in income tax site. Further before request, confirm the copy of intimation u/s 143 (1) in your e-mail.
