The drawee should be SBI.

You can write to CMP regarding the wrong bank account number.

Attach the original cheque and a cancelled cheque of the account holders bank.

Kindly send the cheque along with the Re-issue of refund request documents to CPC Bangalore.

Its better to opt for rectification facilty available in IncomeTax website or you may revised your return of income (if time period is not over) by mentioning correct bank details. but this option requires guidance of AO

send the cancelled cheque + cheque received

and claim for the rectified cheque

A letter should be written to Income tax officer (in case the refund cheque is received from ITO) or should be written to the CPC (in case the cheque is received from CPC) for requesting him to reissue the refund cheque after rectifying the bank account no.. The correct bank a/c no. should be mentioned in the letter and the original refund cheque and a cancelled cheque of correct bank a/c must be enclosed with the letter. Finally post the letter to the ITO or CPC address.

My client too had faced a similar problem of getting refund cheque with wrong account number. We approached our bank, provided them with the necessary identity & address proof alongwith the Intimation received u/s. 143(1) from I. Tax dept. and appraised them about the error and eventually got the refund credited in our account.

If your banker does not agree then you have no option but to follow the abovementioned  time consuming procedure.
