Kindly advice about Form No 39 for register as a income tax practioner .
Graduates have provision to practice as a income tax practioner as per section 288(2) sub section 2 clause VI
Form have to submit online or by person and which office ?

To register as an Income-Tax Practitioner, submit a manual application using Form No. 39 to your jurisdictional Chief Commissioner or Commissioner of Income-tax, accompanied by proof of your educational qualifications or accountancy exam results. Upon approval, you will receive a registration certificate in Form No. 40.
