Dear Members,
while options ITR 3 IN case of loss and turnover below audit limit..
while uploading ITR it says
you would be allowed to upload the error but following defect exist
"you have claimed income less than 8% of gross turnover and audit information is not filled up"
in this case there is no requirement for audit..can anyone help

If your business income is less than 8% and your total income is more than basic exemption limit then audit is mandatory

Problem solved on portal now.. error not coming
But when I tried to file either via utility or portal error is still coming for ITR3
