Income tax planning
pls tell me how the companies avoid income tax by forming NBFCs . People call it sometimes SHADOW COMPANIES. i can't understand how this helps in avoiding tax.

Non Banking Finance Companies (NBFC)s main work is to provide banking services without coming under the legal definition of the term "Bank". There are many restrictions mandated by RBI on the workings of Bank which is tougher than what is applicable for NBFC's.
