income tax penalty
if I'm filing a nil return of basic limit ..which is 250000 ...thn will I be penalize of 1000. or there will be no late fee

no late fee for below basic exemption limit even of it is filed after due date
u mean to say that...if I file the return of 240750 thn there will be no late fee nor any penalty.

read section 234F properly for that
