If my income tax agent is not giving my income tax user id and password, is there any means of recovering my password

to recover password go to
https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/e-Filing/ResetPassword/UserIDCapturePage.H T M L
select option Using OTP in the seond screen, select new email and mobile in third screen and give your e mail and moble number, you will get a set of otp's with which you can change your password and access your account
