Income tax on tuition fees and brokerage

Respected Sir/Madam

 

Please reply as per following :---

Status : Individual ---- Male ---- Age: 50 yrs. 

Profession : Private Tuition and Brokerage

Total Income Rs. 400000/- lakhs in one financial year

Source : Tuition and Brokerage

Source of  documents to submit : No proof of documents for said Income

Bank deposit : Total 400000/- lakhs deposited in bank

Question : This person want to Pay Income Tax on Rs.400000/- Lakhs . But he has No Proof of documents of Incomes...

Then it is  possible to pay Income Tax ???? 

If yes, then how to take preparations....

yes, you can pay the tax on total income which was assumed by you. There is no lenthy proceedure.

you can prepare documents on your own. like receipts books. apply the formula fees p.m/ p.a * no of students and accordingly make the receipts
