Income Tax on Foreign Salary : Relief under 90

Hello Experts!
One of client having Salary Income from India as well as Australia. Tax was deducted in Australia which comes to INR 43,766. I have following queries:
1. Whether this income is to be disclosed under head Salaries or Other Sources or reporting under Schedule FSI to claim Relief u/s 90 is sufficient?

2. How to calculate relief under section 90?

I am working in MNC and stay with my family at the USA. My wife and I having misunderstanding so she divorced me. After my divorce, I got a notice from the Income tax to pay the tax of the foreign salary. I am not able to pay it because I need to change name after divorce( https://www.edrafter.in/name-change-after-divorce/) then I applied to it.
