Income tax notice - mismatch in income

Hi,

In my returns for AY2017-18, seems the transport allowance & 80D got missed out while filing return. As this information is not available in return, CPC has sent a query asking details about this difference. Transport allowance & 80D are in my Form16. Do i need to file return again or just a clarification with a copy of Form16 will do?  Pls clarify.
