Income tax notice
my client had received notice from non -filing of income tax return ay 2010-11 to ay 2012-13
I closed the compliance module at income tax website. now can I file ay 2013-14 under section 143(1)?

Dear sir,
Ay2010-11 to Ay 2012-13 and Ay2013-14 you have no option to e-file, but you have a option to file in the form of physical/submission of hard copy to income tax authority or your respective income tax ward as possible.
because, "an individual can file his or her tax return until the completion of two financial years from the end of the financial year for which the return is to be filed".

Return could be filled us 142(1) upto last 6 years.
In certain situation, pan card had been surrender, further any problem arise from income tax department
