Income tax - new partnership firm

173 views 2 replies

Hello Everyone,

I started a partnership firm (with 4 partners) in the year 2015. We are into service industry. Last year total income of our firm was 95,000 INR (from Oct 2015 - March 2016).

Do I need to audit or file Income Tax? Also, 10% TDS has been deducted from the invoice we raise. How to get that TDS amount?

It will be helpful if you provide details about it. I'm totally zero in this.

Help me.. How do i proceed further?

Audit is Not Mandatory... File Your Firm Income Tax Return

Can I file it Online? If so, Can you direct me to the link?
