14 June 2018I am E-filling income tax but i have issue regarding income :
1 Interest on capital under partnership firm
2. Profit on income under partnership firm
3. Remenureation received under partnership firm
Under which head is should shows these income in ITR4 please suggest solution for this.

For individual receiving income from partnership firm.......... has to file ITR 3 ...

Sir I am having income from salary and part time direct selling of cosmetics product and partnership firm income from interest on capital and profit on perterniship firm and remuneration.
Previous I am filling itr4 and 17-18 I am having income from partenershi firm also.

When you have income from partnership firm, ITR 4 is not applicable....
As per your income criteria, ITR3 is applicable......
