Till you are Resident Indian as per sec. 6 of IT act, you will have to declare the income in ITR and claim the rebate of tax paid to German treasury.

Thank you! Mr. Dhirajal, My understanding is for the amount paid to Germany for the year should be Declared in ITR in the Financial year end and get the treasury amount paid to Germany. right?
Mean while should I pay any Income tax to India mothly wise ?

1. Correct.

2. No, but your employer will deduct TDS, which you can claim against your tax liabilities, if any.

Thank you so much!

You are welcome..
