Income tax for joint ownership of properties

Hi,

I have a house in name of both, me & my wife. However home loan repayment goes from my income. Also purchase of property is done from my income. I have one more house in my wife's name. She is single owner.

while filing return for me, if I claim 100% ownership of joint house and take all the tax benifits.

Then in that case how i show it in wife's income tax return and how to consider wife's second house property where she is sole owner?
