Income Tax filing returns

I am a Partner of a registered partnership firm , Partners A & B, firm is managed / Managing Partner by B , the financials/ Income Tax returns for past many years,  is being filled to Income Tax department is by Partner B , i have no idea what is being filled , i own 10% of the share in the partnership firm . 

is there any way i can get access to the returns filled from the Income Tax department , rather going through arbitration etc ..

do i mke a complaint to Income Tax department ?

Yes, as a partner in a registered partnership firm, even if you are a minority partner with only 10% share, you have rights to access the financials and tax filings of the firm.
