Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies whether an individual can file income tax returns for other salaried persons. It confirms that no specific degree or registration as a practitioner is strictly required, provided you have sufficient knowledge of ITR forms, deductions, and the filing process. Key steps include obtaining the client's PAN, registering their details, selecting the correct ITR form, and filing the return, with considerations for account audits if applicable.
