My question is, we are availing Section 32 on a Rented Property and also claiming exemption U/s 24 @ 30% on that property is there is Case Laws on above topic.

If you have rented the property then income will be taxable under head "Income from House property" therefore deduction u/s 24 is available not u/s 32.
