tax audit more than 1 crore, due date 31st Jan 2021 or 31st Dec 2020. some one says 3cb report 31st Dec and filing return 31st jan21, is it correct? pls explain sir

Please refer notification 88/2020 dated 29/10/2020 of CBDT on Income Tax web site to confirm the dates .

Audit extended last date is 31.12.20

ITR (Audited case) extended last date is 31.01.21
