Income tax depreciation whether we should take
if business is not all operational during the year. depreciation results in loss so we do not wish to take.

Depreciation is mandatory (it's not optional) as per Income Tax, you have to charge irrespective of business operation.
One has to charge depreciation irrespective of business in operation or not this will lead to loss which can be carried forward and sett off in years to come .
