can Mr. X, claims his mother's house property interest and loan repayment in his return?

case 1. Mother has no income.
case 2. Mother has executed will towards his name.

if in that case what would be the requisities?

No.

The assessee should be owner or co-owner of the property. Will doesn't make him owner till it is probated.

if his mother has no income and he is paying towards the loan.
why can't he claim the deduction.

For claiming the home loan deduction the assessee should be owner or joint owner of the property.

As per section 24(2) only house owner can claim deduction of interest and that too loan is taken by him in his own name.
