HI
Recently i changed to new company.I didn't do tax declaration.Due to this for 82,000/- Earnings , 22,000/- Rs deducted from my salary as part of Income Tax.
Is there any way to recover that deducted amount?

Your question is not clear; but if the amount deducted is TDS, you can file IT return of the corresponding year, and claim for excess deducted amount.
