Income Tax CPC Bangalore disallow TDS credit while processing refund

1] I have filed return for AY 2020-21

2] Income Tax CPC Bangalore have process the return and issue Refund disallowing TDS Credit Rs.10000

3] After receipt of the refund I have check my Form26AS for AY 2020-21 it display TDS credit what I have claimed in return and there was no reverse of TDS Credit 

4] Please give me solution  how I can claim the disallow TDS Credit of Rs.10000 by CPC Bangalore.  whether to  filed revised return again ?
