Please let me know from where i can get the income tax case laws for studies ? i have download RTI case digest 1 & 2 from income tax site.. but its not sufficent for me.. need some more case laws for income tax.

Even this website has lots of case laws. For more you can go to www.bcasonline.org, but we can suggest you better if you tell us the purpose of cases study. Is it for exams purpose or for knowledge and offcial purposes like a practising CA?
