Income Tax Benefit for Assessee Death
if any assessee death in Corona or other reason, any benefit for assessee by Income Tax Department due to filling if last 3 Year return.

There is no such kinds of benefits from income tax department for mere filing of income tax returns for deceased assessee. if any refund is due we can get the same.

The only benefit is that now the department can not take any action for any non compliance from the deceased person.
Veerendar they won't leave even for non-Compliances of deceased person. legal heirs has to comply on behalf of deceased person.
I dont think so. legal heirs cant be made liable for the acts of the deceased. a proceeding cannot be launched on the legal heirs for penalty or offence.
Can government give compansation for filling continue return.
