Income tax

My sub remisier commission which I receive from share broker is around Rs.240000/- paid by cheque and supported with bill and Leger document. Do I have to maintain again books of accounts separately for income tax purposes?

Quick Summary
If you receive remisier commission from a share broker, you might be wondering if you need to maintain separate books of accounts for income tax. The general consensus is that if you have statements from your stockbroker, these are sufficient. You typically do not need to maintain separate books of accounts in addition to these records.

Keep statement received from stock broker. That's sufficient
No need to maintain books of accounts
