i am worked at austrilia,kasakisthan& saudhi arebia in the last year.and i also stayed in india around 195 days in said year.can i pay income tax in India and also can i get any DTAA Benefi

As per your stay in India, you are considered as 'Resident'........ but depending upon your status as NRIs in earlier years, you can/cannot be RNOR.

Assuming your status as ROR, your global income is taxable in India, subject to DTAA terms.
