One of my friend filling ITR 1 as per the below details.
Basis salary . 3,87,277/-
Allowance not exempted.1,82,911/-
Interest fee on concessional loan.10000/-
Savings under 80C...51,146/-
Tax payable as per Form 16 of Rs.18,406/-
Tax paid of Rs.24,500/-
TDS deduted on FD of Rs.1560/-
Now he is filling ITR 1 In that refund amount is showing of Rs.8001/-
Kindly suggest whether it is right or wrong.
Actually, you have not declared interest earned on FD in the calculation !!!

So, fill that detail in the utility and check for final refund amount........

Thank you very much for the valuble information and we submit details as per form 16 and now massage stating that
Income chargable under the head salary is less then 90% of salary reported in TDS1.
i hear details some one that the exempted amount like ( allowance , HRA ) need to show other income exmepted colom
Kindly confirm this is correct or some where we need to update data.
