If you recieve notice from IT department for that AY then you can file IT.
If you recieve notice from IT department for that AY then you can file IT.
if you are eligible for the conditions provided for condonation, then you may file the condonation request with the Jurisdictional CIT. If the request is accepted, you will be allowed to file the return.
