file ITR using Java utility program available in income tax site.

you can also efile directly in through the Efiling website

Yes... ITR utilities available in ITD portal as "Excel Utility and JAVA utility ".
You can use which is suitable for You...
On Online mode You can File ITR 1 and 4 (AY 17-18). All other forms can't file Online mode...
