Dears Experts

I need information regarding Rental Income, Rent income from Let out Property and that property is not belongs to sons actually that property belongs to his father and he got expired, but they are not converted to let out property to son/s name , so now my question is whether son can show rental income in his income tax source.

If i can get your query , since the property is still in the name of deceased than he will be considered as owner and on deceased behalf one can add his legal hier thru portel and than return of deceased can be filed.
