I had filed income tax return for FY 15-16 in ITR 4 having Commission as income. My net income after deduction under Chapter VI is Rs 120,210/- and also opted as NO BOOKS of Accounts Maintained and have entered only gross profits and expenses in ITR 4. However i have received intimation 139(9) from CPC with Error Code 31.
Can any one guide how to respond under 139(9)?
