INCOME TAX 2022

Dear Sir,  my client has sold open land (non-agricultural) , paid capital gain tax and filed the return for asst.year 2022-23, however with one year from the date of sale of property, he has purchased another open land from  the sale of property on daughter name.  Now the question is can he file revised return and  request  for the tax paid.
