Depends upon its quantum, and any other income sources of assessee.
E.g. it can be his business or side income..... i.e. either 'PGBP' or 'IFOS'

If that is the only Income, it can be 'IFOS'.....

there is no other income received by the person.. received income only 70000 in whole year.
