an individual becomes a resident if he satisfies any one of the basic conditions:-

1) he is in india for 182 days or more in the prev yr.

2)he is in india for 60 days or more in the prev yr and 365 days or more during the 4 years immediately preceding the prev year..

If he satisfies any one of the aforesaid conditions then he is a resident...

additional conditions are not required in your case coz ordiarily resident or not ordinarily resident his income will be taxable if it is received/accrued in india..
