No... Comp dealer can't book service income.

If Comp Dealer book service income Composition scheme is not applicable.

As per the recent amendment:Section 10 has been amended so as to enhance the limit of composition levy from 1 crore rupees to 1.5 crore rupees. Now Composition dealers can supply services of value not exceeding 10% of the turnover in the preceding financial year in a State/Union territory or Rs. 5 lakhs, whichever is higher.

As per New Amendment (no notification), As per GST Council meetings (no notification) Composition dealer can give service as per the above said way...

If Composition dealer deal Cooker / Home appliances then He can also give services to Cooker, Moxie and Home appliances...

But, He can't give Service to Vehicle Services.
