The xm schema is invalid.Please upload correct schema.
At line no 145 invalid content was found starting with element "ITRFORM Schedule OS: one of''{https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/master"NRICg DTAA,'{https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/master"TotalAmtNotTaxUsDTAAStcg}' is expected.
How to solve the error?

Recently uploaded ITR2 utility is having bugs, not properly designed; giving errors.
Wait for its rectification, download newer version, whenever uploaded next, and try again.

Yes, whatever income credits declared in form 26AS, if it pertains to you, must be offered for assessment.

Ask bank whether the entry made by bank in your pan is by mistake?

Check the creditors name, if it is not your bank, leave it.
But if it is your bank, get it in writing, as department will raise query over the TDS entry.
