Sir,
i am a shareholder of a company incorporated in Switzerland. The company does not want to pay dividend so may i know what all other means by which company can distribute its profits to indian shareholders ..like giving assets etc.

See, the Company is incorporated in Switzerland, the Comapny has to follow Rules and Regulations applicable to it as per the Switzerland regarding options available for distribution of Profit in stead of dividend.Option available in India as per the Rules and regulation in India may not be available as per the Rules and Regulations applicable in Switzerland.
