Income from dividend and stock market profit

I am having interest, house rent,  dividend income and  stock market profit  income. So please reply following:-

1. Stock market profit and dividend are also taxable?

2. Which ITR form to be filled up.

3. Where to show stock market profit in ITR ( which heading)?

4.  Where to show dividend income  in ITR ( which heading)?

Please guide me about above queries.
