Quick Summary
If you have a salaried job and also earn income from a Common Service Centre, you might be wondering which Income Tax Return (ITR) form to file. While ITR 3 is generally recommended for such mixed income sources, if your commission or brokerage income is minimal, you may be able to use ITR 1. This is particularly true if your total income is low and TDS has been deducted, as indicated in your Form 26AS.

You need to file ITR 3....

But if Income under commission or brokerage is in small amount, ITR 1 can also be thought of.

Total income is 2849 and tds deduction in 26 AS rs.115

Yes, you can file ITR 1, may show the income under 'IFOS'
