Having income from auto rickshaw please tell about section and itr for filling tax return

If received a salary from driving rickshaw ( ITR1),
And own rickshaw then That income is income from business (ITR3)or (ITR4 U/S 44 AD).
And own rickshaw then That income is income from business (ITR3)or (ITR4 U/S 44 AD).
