You can use challan No. INTS 284 to pay Foreign Undisclosed income and Assets Challan.

As per Income Declaration Scheme, 2016, the declaration of undisclosed income is to be
filed using Form for Income Disclosure - Form 1.

INCOME DECLARATION SCHEME, 2016 CHALLAN CHALLAN NO./ ITNS 286 OTHER TAXES ON INCOME AND EXPENDITURE (0028) PAYMENT UNDER INCOME DECLARATION SCHEME, 2016 (111).
You can use above refered chalan to make payment and yes you can make the payment before filing form no. 1 amd can state the details of payment made in that form itself.
