While filling inc-22a e form after pre-fill in
2. (c) list of directors in that it is showing one of the director disqualified by ROC u/s 164(2) so without removing that we cannot upload inc-22a so please tell me how to remove or any alternative solution for that disqualified director position deleting from the INC-22A .Any guidance please
