Hi,
What documents are required for filing INC 22 for New Company Incorporation. The premises is owned by a person other than a director. We have obtained
1. NOC on Rs 20 Stamp paper
2. Electricity Bill
while the form is further asking to upload the mandatory attachment for "Proof of Registered Office address (Conveyance/Lease deed/Rent Agreement etc.along with the rent receipts)"
kindly suggest which document has to be uploaded to this section.
Attcah NOC and Electricity in all the attachment in INC-22.There is no other docs required for the same.But in NOC plaese mention that tennant was not charging any rent from company.
Ok. and how about municipality tax paid receipt?
Any Bill is mandatory for the same.
If you dont have the bill then you can use the muncipilaty receipt then roc MAY allow the registration.
