we applied to MCA for changing principle place of business through INC 22,but we didn't get any further reply, we have to register under GST .
can we register under GST, before Changing the principal place of business,please explain

If the company has passed resolution then you can apply for gst even without approval of Form INC 22

If change is within the same town or city, then INC 22 is filed thru straight through process n no further communication is required. u can check MCA master data wthr address is updated there or not

no such requirement of filing MGT 14 for change of regd office add within same city
