inc 22

the date of incorporation of new company is 05/06/2018.
the principal place of business is not changed , still is it necessary to file Inc 22.
but while filling form old roc is showing roc- Hyderabad & the proposed or new roc is showing roc- Andhra Pradesh, Telangana
please suggest me what should I do.
and also the compliances to be followed by a company in sequence manner from the date of incorporation.( documentation, roc filing , etc)
