after incorporation of pvt. Ltd. company I did not file INC 22 .
what will be the consequences

Not sure ,but section 12(8) says that ,if company makes any default in complying provision of this section then co & officer in default shall be liable to penalty of ₹1000/- Per day during which default continues subject to max of ₹1 Lacs ...

If company incorporated on or after 9/2/18 then time limit to file INC 22 is 30 days from date of incorporation as previous 15 days ...
